Return and Refund Policy

At Jifera Appliance Company, headquartered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, we understand the unique characteristics of our products and have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

  1. Return Eligibility

Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the carton box is found to be open at the time of installation by our authorized representative. Our representative will open the carton box in your presence during installation.

  1. Customer Vigilance

We kindly request our valued customers to exercise caution when receiving goods from our delivery personnel. If the carton box is discovered to be open or if Jifera Appliance Company’s sealing tape is not securely affixed on all sides of the carton, please do not accept the delivery and promptly return the goods to the same delivery person.

  1. Product Inspection

Product inspection should be conducted within 10 days of delivery. After this 10-day period, we regret that we cannot accept any claims for replacement or refund due to damage.

  1. Refund Process

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis due to the unique nature of our products and the associated high transportation costs. Our foremost priority is ensuring that our customers are delighted with their goods and their performance. In the event you receive items that are broken, damaged, or defective, we are dedicated to arranging replacements.

  1. Shipping Costs

Should you choose to voluntarily return goods that have been accepted by Jifera Appliance Company, please note that the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels an order upon delivery or for reasons unrelated to issues on Jifera Appliance Company’s side, any refund to the customer will be processed after deducting the “to and fro freight” charges and any amount charged by the payment aggregator. Replacement items will also be dispatched after collecting the “to and fro freight charges.”

  1. Refund Details

Jifera Appliance Company does not impose any processing fees for refunds. However, please be aware that any transaction fees and GST levied by our payment aggregator at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.
